coffee cart experence

good coffee.

Our coffee experience is sharp, fast, and professional — delivered by baristas who know how to move under pressure and still hand over the perfect cup

It’s never just a cup of coffee with Good Perth.

It’s the smell of ground coffee when you immediately walk into the room, before your launch speech.
The reason your guests stay longer (or arrive on time).
The first thing someone compliments.
And the one thing no one forgets.

Our coffee experience is sharp, fast, and professional — delivered by baristas who know how to move under pressure and still hand over the perfect cup. Our carts are sleek, unbranded and styled to blend in or stand out depending on your brief. White on white. Black on black. Branded Wrap & Decals. Custom cups. We’ll make it work.

We serve specialty coffee from clean, minimal carts — no branding unless you ask for it. Our baristas are quick, confident, and always composed. Whether you need fast service at 7am, or a quieter ritual after dark, we’ve done it.

We’ve poured coffees in hotel ballrooms, branded pop-ups, corporate foyers, rooftop bars, weddings, and open-air festivals. And we’ve done it for names you’ll know — Qantas, Vogue, Camilla, SIR, and the major WA universities, premium car brands and global retailers. We’ve worked inside The Ritz, Optus Stadium, the QT Hotel, Perth Convention Centre, Regal Theatre, and most of the big Westfield precincts. We’ve moved through them all quietly, safely, professionally — like we’ve done this a hundred times. Because we have.

If you’re planning an event at scale — we’ve likely already worked the room.

FAQs

How many coffees can you serve per hour?

We can typically serve around 80–100 coffees per hour, per barista from our small carts and over 250 cups per hour is possible from our larger set ups— depending on the event flow and style of service. If speed is critical, we’ll recomend multiple baristas to match the volume.

Do you serve other drinks besides coffee?

Yes — hot chocolate and chai are included as standard, and we carry a full milk bar with dairy and non-dairy options. If you’re after cold drinks or juice, we can add those to your cart or run a second cart alongside.

Can you operate in corporate buildings?

We do it all the time. We’re fully licensed, fully insured, and experienced in working within premium venues and office towers. We’ll coordinate with your site contacts and move through bump-ins smoothly — quietly and without fuss.

Can I book coffee as part of a larger food or drink service?

Definitely. Coffee pairs well with any of our other experiences — gelato, affogato, juice, even açaí. We can serve them from separate carts or build a multi-offer setup. You don’t need to book multiple vendors — we’ve got it covered..

How does your coffee pricing work? What if we go over the minimum?

For boutique or smaller events, we include a minimum of 30 pre-paid drinks — that covers any combination of coffees, chai, and hot chocolates. From there, you’ve got options:

  • We can serve on consumption and invoice for any extra drinks post-event

  • Or, you can set a cap (e.g. 50 drinks total), and we’ll only serve up to that number

For larger events (typically 100+ guests), we’ll start with a base of 100 drinks and either build in a consumption model or stick to your budget. This keeps things fair and flexible — you’re only ever paying for what we actually serve.

Can you serve food with the coffee cart?

Yes — we can offer a curated selection of sweet and complementary items to pair with coffee. Think: danishes, mini pastries, cupcakes, branded cookies, cinnamon scrolls, yoghurt pots, and small desserts.

If you have a particular theme or style in mind, just let us know in your enquiry — we’ll confirm what fits, and include it in your quote.

We don’t offer hot food or plated breakfast-style menus, but if our team is already travelling for your event, we’ll always explore how we can deliver a seamless food + coffee experience without needing a second vendor.

Can we customise the cart or cups with our branding?

Absolutely. From branded cups and decals to full cart wraps and signage, we can integrate your brand into the entire setup. We’ll walk you through what’s possible and manage all the logistics — including print, production, and install.

Do you need power or access to water?

Yes. Our coffee carts require access to 1 x 10amp power source and a standard sink for water refill during service & a rinse of jugs & cloths. If your event is outdoors or off-grid, we can discuss generator hire and mobile water supply options.

How long do you need to set up?

We usually arrive 60 minutes before service. That gives us time to bump in, style the cart, test equipment, and brief the team. If your event has stricter access times, just let us know — we’ll adjust accordingly.

What happens if our event starts early or runs over time?

We’ll confirm your run sheet ahead of time and staff accordingly. If your event shifts, just let us know — we’re flexible and can usually extend service if needed. Additional hours can be added to your booking or invoiced after the event.

Can we provide our own branded cups?

We can usually make this work — but we do prefer to use our own cups and lids, as they’re compliant with WA’s biodegradable packaging laws and specifically chosen to fit our machines and service flow.

If you’d like to provide your own, just send us a sample or photo in advance. We’ll confirm if they’re suitable. In most cases, we recommend branding our standard cups for a smoother service experience — same impact, less risk of mismatches on the day.

Can you set up the coffee cart outdoors?

Yes — but we tread carefully.
Outdoor setups are possible, though not our preference. Weather and food safety don’t always mix, especially with power leads, machines, and perishable goods in play.

We require a flat, paved or concreted surface — no grass, gravel, or steep inclines. We need access to power, protection from wind or rain, and a wet-weather backup plan (especially in winter). Direct sun can slow service or impact product quality, so shaded locations are preferred.

If the event must be outside, we’ll help find the most stable, protected position — but we always suggest planning ahead so the coffee doesn’t get compromised by the forecast.
