Scoopable
The boutique version. A full-service gelateria experience, with up to four flavours on display, our team are scooping to order, in compostable cups or waffle cones passed across the cart. It’s interactive. It’s nostalgic. And yes — you can brand the bowls if you choose.

Pre-Scooped
The fast-lane option. Premium gelato tubs, pre-scooped and ready to serve — ideal for high-traffic activations, retail moments, or post-coffee cool-downs. We keep them on ice, hand them out fast, and yes — you can brand these too.

Our carts arrive styled in clean white — minimal and refined, ready to blend in or be dressed up. The gelato is made by a family-run business in Margaret River, using traditional Italian recipes with a modern, seasonal twist. Their core range covers the classics, and their limited seasonal flavours (available closer to your date) offer something unique — no two events are ever the same.

You’ll choose your flavours ahead of time. We’ll lock them in, confirm all dietary details, and take care of the logistics from there. On event day, we bring the waffle cones, biodegradable cups, and everything behind the scenes — freezers, cold storage, service flow, and staff who know how to move a queue while keeping it personal.

How many guests can you serve per hour?

We can typically serve up to 120 guests per hour from one gelato cart. If you’re expecting larger numbers or want faster service, we can quote for additional staff or recommend pre-scooped options.

What flavours can we choose from?

You’ll get a full list of our rotating seasonal and core flavours when you enquire — typically around 10 options. You can select up to four to serve at your event. All of our gelato is made by a small-batch producer in Margaret River using traditional Italian methods and WA produce.

How do you keep the gelato cold during the event?

We use professional-grade gelato freezers built into the cart, plus backup cold storage off-site depending on your numbers. Everything is temperature-controlled and food-safe from setup to last scoop.

Can we serve gelato alongside another cart or experience?

Absolutely. Gelato works beautifully as a second moment after coffee, or paired with affogato. We can run them from separate carts or create a cohesive setup that delivers both with ease.

What about allergens or dietary requirements?

Many of our flavours are gluten-free or dairy-free. Vegan options are also available. We’ll provide a breakdown of all flavours selected for your event so you can advise guests or request signage. We take allergen safety seriously and are happy to brief on how we handle cross-contact.

Do you scoop on-site, or is it all pre-packed?

We offer both. Our standard gelato experience is fully scooped to order — guests choose their flavour and we scoop it straight into their cup or cone. For high-traffic events, we can pre-scoop into tubs ahead of time and serve faster. We’ll help you decide what’s best based on your event.

Can we customise the cones, cups, or gelato tubs?

Yes — we offer full branding options across cups, tubs, edible logo discs, menu signage, and cart wraps. Just let us know your vision or provide brand assets, and we’ll handle the rest.

What’s the difference between the scoopable and pre-scooped gelato cart?

Scoopable is interactive — guests choose their flavour on the spot and we scoop it to order. Pre-scooped is faster — tubs are filled in advance and handed out cold and ready to go. Both are premium. The decision just depends on flow, pacing, and how theatrical you want the moment to feel.

What if our event is outdoors or during summer? Will the gelato melt?

Our carts are built for WA weather. As long as the cart is positioned in shade or under cover (we can help with this), the gelato stays cold and service runs smoothly. We’ll advise on placement and setup when quoting.

Do we need to provide anything on the day?

Just a flat space to set up, access to power (if required), and safe bump-in parking for our team. We bring the cart, the freezers, the signage, the styling, the stock — everything. You won’t need to think about a thing.
