How many carts or freezers can you provide?

We have multiple carts and mobile freezers. Depending on your event size and guest numbers, we’ll coordinate the right equipment setup to ensure smooth service.

What flavours are available and how are they ordered?

Our Icy Pops are made with fresh, whole Western Australian fruits and come in two sizes — standard (85ml) or mini (45ml). Flavours are listed in the menu on this page, with seasonal options added at certain times of year.

Pops must be ordered in units of 25 per flavour (our minimum order), which gives you full flexibility to mix and match flavours across your selection. We’ll guide you through the menu during your inquiry and final flavour availability depends on lead time.

This ensures every pop is fresh, vibrant, and ready to match the style and scale of your event, while giving you the option for themed, seasonal, or custom flavour combinations.

Is the juice suitable for all dietary needs?

All pops are 100% natural, with no added sugars, preservatives and some contain no dairy. We can provide an ingredient list for each flavour if needed, and ensure signage reflects any relevant dietary information.

Do you need power or refrigeration on-site?

We’re fully self-contained. We arrive with built-in chilled storage, we do require power if we are serving over 2hours or if pop numbers are small.

What sizes are the Icy Pops?

We offer two sizes: standard (85ml) and mini (45ml). Mini pops are perfect for smaller gestures, corporate giveaways, or family-friendly events.

Can we brand the pops?

Yes! With enough lead time (minimum 20 days), we can provide custom branding on individual wrappers, including logos, messages, or QR codes. If lead time is limited, we’ll discuss alternate options. Pops can also be left as clean skins if preferred.

Can this cart be paired with another experience?

Yes — ice pops are one of our easiest add-ons. It pairs beautifully with our coffee or acai cart. Just let us know what experience you’re planning, and we’ll build pops into the setup.

Cart access & logistics

Our carts arrive fully built, styled, and ready to operate. Due to their size and weight, they require clear access via flat, hard surfaces and cannot be moved over grass, gravel, stone, cobblestones, stairs, or steep inclines.

If lift access is required, lift dimensions must be confirmed prior to booking to ensure the cart will fit safely.

All activations require access to power, with specific requirements confirmed during the proposal stage.

We also require an undercover, weather-protected working area. Our carts cannot operate in direct sun, rain, or high wind, as external conditions can compromise equipment performance, food safety, and service quality.

If you’re unsure about site access or conditions, we recommend sharing venue details or photos during enquiry so we can plan accordingly.

Can you serve outdoors?

We can — but like all our carts, we’ll need a flat, paved surface with access to shade or weather cover. Ice and direct sunlight don’t mix. We’ll work with you to determine the best setup and ensure the pops stay frozen all day.
