Can I choose more than one beverage?
Yes. Our Cold Beverage Cart is designed to be flexible, allowing you to mix and match beverages to suit your event and audience.
Most beverages require a minimum order quantity of 30 units per flavour or product type.

How far in advance do we need to confirm menu options, flavours and quantities?
We’ll confirm your selected menu options, flavours and quantities at least one week prior to your event. This ensures we can coordinate internally, manage refrigeration, and lock in all logistics.
Can the cans be branded?
Absolutely.
Many of our cold beverages can be customised with branded labels featuring logos, campaign artwork, QR codes, event messaging or promotional graphics.
Custom branding is one of the most popular ways clients incorporate their brand into the experience and create a memorable takeaway moment for guests.
How are the drinks served?
Each beverage is pre-canned in 250ml or 330ml clear cans with a ring pull lid — clean, recyclable, and ready to serve. We display them either chilled in beautiful ice bowls for visual impact, or from built-in refrigeration for a more minimal, seamless service
Can this cart be paired with another experience?
Yes — its is one of our easiest add-ons. It pairs beautifully with our coffee, gelato, or acai carts. Just let us know what experience you’re planning, and we’ll build juice into the setup.
Can you create a custom beverage for our brand or campaign?
Yes.
Custom beverage development is one of our favourite things to work on.
Whether it's a branded iced latte, signature matcha, custom juice blend or a completely bespoke concept, we'll work with you to create something that aligns with your event, audience and brand objectives.
Are your beverages made in-house?
Many of our beverages, including our canned range, are prepared in-house specifically for events.
We partner with trusted Western Australian suppliers to source premium products such as cold-pressed juices & specialty beverage ingredients to make all the drinks we offer.
Do you need power or refrigeration on-site?
We’re fully self-contained. We arrive with built-in fridges and chilled storage, and only require power if you’re combining this cart with other experiences or if we are serving over longer periods of time. If needed, we’ll confirm requirements during quoting.
Cart access & logistics
Our carts arrive fully built, styled, and ready to operate. Due to their size and weight, they require clear access via flat, hard surfaces and cannot be moved over grass, gravel, stone, cobblestones, stairs, or steep inclines.
If lift access is required, lift dimensions must be confirmed prior to booking to ensure the cart will fit safely.
All activations require access to power, with specific requirements confirmed during the proposal stage.
We also require an undercover, weather-protected working area. Our carts cannot operate in direct sun, rain, or high wind, as external conditions can compromise equipment performance, food safety, and service quality.
If you’re unsure about site access or conditions, we recommend sharing venue details or photos during enquiry so we can plan accordingly.
Can you cater for large events?
Our Cold Beverage Cart is suitable for everything from small team events through to conferences, retail activations and large-scale corporate functions.
