the pre-curated cart
good fun.
it’s stocked, styled, and ready before your guests arrive.
We do the work early. So the cart can work quietly all day.
You won’t find someone scooping, pouring, or serving behind this cart — and that’s the point.
The Pre-Curated Cart shifts the effort from live service to considered preparation. Drinks and food are made in-house ahead of time, packaged in our signature cans or vessels, and displayed from a fully styled Good Perth cart.
No queues.
No staffing required on site.
No compromise on how it looks.
This format is ideal for:
conferences and exhibitions
multi-day corporate events
brand booths and trade stands
long-duration activations
supporting another Good Perth cart on site
It’s not about doing less.
It’s about doing things differently.

How it all comes together
Before your event
You’ll select your menu and quantities in advance. Everything is prepared in-house, labelled or custom branded, chilled or frozen, and packed ready for service. We style the cart, stock it carefully, and set fridge and freezer temperatures before we leave.
During your event
Your team manages the cart — replenishing displays, maintaining presentation, and deciding how items are shared. Guests can help themselves, or your staff can distribute items as needed.
After
We return to clean down the cart and collect it once the event concludes. No pack-down required from you.

FAQs
Is this a cheaper alternative to a fully serviced cart?
Not necessarily. For shorter events, pricing can be similar. The value becomes clearer for longer or multi-day events where on-site staffing isn’t required throughout.
Do you stay on site during the event?
For shorter, single-location events we may stay nearby — but this service model does not include on-site staffing
How do you keep menu items cold/frozen during the event?
We use professional-grade fridge & freezers built into the cart, plus backup cold storage depending on your numbers. Everything is temperature-controlled and food-safe.
Is this suitable for multi-day events?
Yes — that’s where it works best. Multi-day hire, additional stock, and refresh visits can all be arranged.
How do we know if this is the right option for us?
We’ll tell you. If a fully serviced cart is a better fit, we’ll recommend that instead. There is a lot involved & the workload is left for ‘you’ to manage on the day along with lots of other moving parts. This service isnt hear as a cheap option for events so consider what your workload is on the event day & is there professionals better at managing the hospitality side of things.
Cart access & logistics
Our carts arrive fully built, styled, and ready to operate. Due to their size and weight, they require clear access via flat, hard surfaces and cannot be moved over grass, gravel, stone, cobblestones, stairs, or steep inclines.
If lift access is required, lift dimensions must be confirmed prior to booking to ensure the cart will fit safely.
All activations require access to power, with specific requirements confirmed during the proposal stage.
We also require an undercover, weather-protected working area. Our carts cannot operate in direct sun, rain, or high wind, as external conditions can compromise equipment performance, food safety, and service quality.
If you’re unsure about site access or conditions, we recommend sharing venue details or photos during enquiry so we can plan accordingly.
Can guests help themselves?
Yes. Guests can self-serve, or your staff can distribute items — the format is flexible and depends on how you want the moment to feel.
WHAT IF WE NEED MORE STOCK ON THE DAY?
All quantities are prepared in advance. For larger volumes, we’ll recommend additional refrigeration or stock planning during the quoting stage. We dont have the ability to adjust / increase numbers on the day.
Can this run alongside another Good Perth cart?
Absolutely. The Pre-Curated Cart is often used to support a staffed coffee or gelato cart — for example, pre-scooped gelato cups or iced drinks displayed alongside service.
Do we need to provide anything on the day?
Just a flat space to set up, access to power, and safe bump-in parking for our team. We bring the cart, the freezers, the menus, the styling, the stock as well as the sundry items such as spoons, straws, napkins, tea-towls and cleaning cloths.
what about allergens or dietary information?
As the Pre-Curated Cart is self-managed during service, there is no Good Perth attendant on site to answer individual dietary or allergen questions.
General menu information will be displayed on the cart. For more detailed ingredient and allergen information, guests can scan a QR code provided, which links directly to our website. This is where we maintain the most up-to-date menu and ingredient information, as items and recipes may change.
If your event requires more detailed dietary or allergen signage, custom menu displays can be created on request. We recommend discussing this during the proposal stage so the right information is clearly available on the day
