Coach Cherry Collection Launch

GOOD THINKING

The best activations don't compete with the brand — they become part of it.

Luxury retail isn't about doing more. It's about doing the right things, exceptionally well. When hospitality feels like a natural extension of the store rather than an add-on, the entire experience becomes more memorable.

Luxury retail activation at Westfield Karrinyup.

When Coach launched its Cherry Collection in Perth, the objective wasn't simply to offer customers something to eat. It was to create an unexpected retail moment that reflected the collection while encouraging people to pause, explore and enjoy the store.

For three days, our signature hospitality cart became part of the Coach retail environment. Fresh artisan pretzels, baked in a custom boutique size, were individually wrapped with subtle Coach branding and served from a minimally styled cart that complemented the collection rather than competing with it.

Sometimes the most memorable brand experiences are also the simplest.

  • Individually branded Coach wrappers

  • Minimal cart styling to complement the retail environment

The Outcome

The activation created a welcoming moment inside the store, giving customers another reason to slow down and experience the Cherry Collection.

The boutique food offering sparked genuine conversation throughout the shopping centre while the understated styling allowed the hospitality experience to feel completely aligned with the Coach brand — proving that sometimes, less really is more.
