The Fresh Summit | Hyde Perth
GOOD THINKING
A great hospitality partner should bring more to the table than what's on the menu.
For agencies managing complex events, coordinating multiple suppliers can quickly become a job in itself. Coffee, branded beverages, custom packaging, delegate gifts and product sampling might all seem like separate requirements, but bringing them together through one hospitality partner can make a significant difference.
At The Fresh Summit, our role extended beyond serving coffee. We coordinated multiple branded food, beverage and gifting elements, allowing Usual Suspects to consolidate suppliers and keep their attention on the wider event.
There was also an important opportunity in how our team interacted with guests. By understanding the Vita Glow product we were serving, our barista could introduce it naturally, explain how it was being incorporated into beverages and encourage guests to try it.
It's a small operational detail with a much bigger purpose. When hospitality staff understand the brand they're representing, every interaction becomes an opportunity for product discovery, education and engagement.
For brands and agencies investing in event hospitality, the lesson is simple: look beyond the product being served. The right partner can reduce your workload, support your messaging and help turn everyday service moments into valuable brand interactions.

THE OUTCOME
A full day of hospitality that supported the educational program while giving participating brands opportunities to connect with delegates through their products.
The custom coffee cart provided a consistent hospitality presence throughout the summit, with the Vitality collagen offering creating an approachable way for guests to discover and sample the product. By equipping our barista with the knowledge to introduce the offering, the service became another point of brand engagement rather than simply a place to collect a coffee.
Beyond the cart, the additional branded beverages, popcorn giveaways and premium gift boxes helped carry the experience across different stages of the event, from daytime networking through to the evening program.
For Usual Suspects, having these elements coordinated through Good Perth meant fewer individual suppliers to brief, manage and bring together onsite. For the participating brands, it meant their products and identities could be incorporated into the event through thoughtful, tangible interactions.
The takeaway? Great hospitality isn't always about adding more to an event. Sometimes it's about bringing more of the event together.
By combining food, beverage, custom branding, gifting and informed service, Good Perth was able to support the agency's wider vision while helping the brands involved make the most of their time with delegates.
