Victoria's Secret Perth Store Opening
GOOD THINKING
The most successful retail launches give customers something to remember beyond the purchase. Thoughtful hospitality rewards the excitement, encourages people to stay longer and becomes part of the story they'll share afterwards.
Victoria's Secret Perth Store Opening
Celebrating the arrival of one of the world's most recognisable retail brands in Western Australia.
When Victoria's Secret opened its first Western Australian store at Westfield Carousel, Good Perth was engaged to create a premium hospitality experience that matched the excitement surrounding the launch.
Positioned directly outside the new store, our activation rewarded customers after their visit with a choice of artisan gelato, branded iced lattes or handcrafted macarons. To complement the iconic Victoria's Secret branding, we worked with our artisan gelato producer to create a bespoke raspberry, coconut and lime gelato in the brand's signature pink, adding another layer of customisation to the experience.

The Outcome
Queues began forming from 6:30am, with shoppers waiting up to five hours to experience the opening of Victoria's Secret's first Western Australian store.
Across the activation, our team served more than 600 scoops of artisan gelato, 600 custom branded iced lattes and hundreds of handcrafted macarons. The response was so strong that we were invited back immediately to repeat the activation the following day, ensuring customers returning to the centre could continue enjoying the experience.
By combining bespoke menu design, custom branding and seamless hospitality, the activation became more than a giveaway—it became part of the excitement surrounding one of Perth's most anticipated retail openings.
